Hi, I’m Justeena, the founder of PowerShift Navigations. I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse with years of experience in patient care, travel nursing, and navigating the healthcare system.

I started PowerShift Navigations to help medical professionals navigate their careers their way — on their terms. I’ve been there myself, and that’s why I created a space where you can get straightforward guidance, practical tools, and real support.
